Shipments and returns

Your purchase delivery schedule

Packages are generally shipped within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment and are normally shipped via USPS priority mail with tracking. In most cases, your item should be delivered in 2-3 business days after being shipped. If any special arrangements are needed, please contact us via email immediately so we can make special notes. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.  If your order is placed on Friday, it will usually be completed and shipped by Mon. or Tues.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Shipping fees are currently included in product cost.

Returns accepted if returned within 7 days of delivery.  Please write for return instructions and always include a copy of your original invoice or invoice number.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
